You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the terms and conditions established by the Conditions of Sale.

Once you have exercised this right, you can return your items according to the procedures described below.

Returned products must not be used, worn, or washed and must not be damaged.

To make a return, follow this procedure:

Drop off your parcel at a collection point

Place all products with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal, complete with all protective materials, any attached labels and tags, and all accessories and documents included in the package (e.g. mould-repellent sachets, etc.) inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one).

Remember to use the return label found inside the box on the package.

Go to the collection point to drop off the package.

Home collection

Fill in the online returns form. When you request a refund or a size exchange, a collection will be arranged with our courier for the date specified on the form.

The request must be made within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Place all products with their identification tags secured by a single-use seal, complete with all protective materials, any attached labels and tags, and all accessories and documents included in the packaging (e.g. anti-mould sachets, etc.) inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one).

Remember to use the return label found inside the box. This will allow us to easily identify your return and issue a refund or dispatch your size exchange.

Only in exceptional cases may the requested size be unavailable. In this case, you will receive a refund.

You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary).

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items.
